Does God endorse slavery?

A response to this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2MFmC6BD1B4&t=258s Me:  The bible doesn't say slavery is okay.  Instead, God was saying it was appropriate for a time.  Then, God spoke to Abraham Lincoln to end it as well.  Opponent:  But, that's an interpretation fallacy.  The evidence doesn't speak for itself, but instead you are basing your argument ont he axiom that God exists. Me: if there is not axiom, then there is no motivation.  You have an axiom too.  Nihilism allows evidence to speak for itself, but that may be because our minds simply aren't capable of understanding the meaning of the universe yet.  Since I acknowledge my limited faculties, and a hope that makes life better, I allow God to be my axiom.  Me;  By the way, your searching for a more humanistic society is axiomatic as well in its belief in human intuition and betterment for society.  Both of us need an axiom, but every person ha...

First Post -- some of the animals in our lives.

Hey, dear family and friends who might get some enjoyment from our day to day update, thanks for caring about us to check out our blog!  One day, I hope I can have you back.  But for now, Kiaya and I have close to no income.  So, here we are in Thailand seeking cheap rent, some adventure, and maybe contribute somehow. Turns out, life isn't too different halfway around the world.  If I don't find the highlights of our trip, times can get kinda depressing.  So, I'm starting this blog for the healthy dopamine motivations.  Dopamine is key to building happy habits, as well as romantic love.  No kidding, I just learned in my Psychology of Sexuality class at UVU that doing extreme sports and having adventures as a couple increases attractiveness towards each other!  Dopamine can arise in a variety of different ways, like spending time in the sun, exercise, and social activities!  I already am enjoying the breeze of the day more, all the...
